I use the Bulletproof Security plugin (latest as of this post)... and that works great.
I just installed WordPress SEO (latest as of this post), and that works great too.
Whenever I change a setting in the WordPress SEO 'DASHBOARD', upon saving, my .htaccess seems to get replaced or truncated (from ~12k to 1k), and a block of the default WP rewrites gets added - effectively eliminating my Bulletproof Security. If I continue to keep saving it over and over, block after block of WP rewrites are added, one after the other.
Strange thing is, the header of the new, smaller .htaccess still says 'Bulletproof Security' on it.
I don't know if there are any other changes in WordPress SEO that would perform an action on the .htaccess, but I tried resetting the original .htaccess and hitting 'Save' on most of the WP SEO screens, and it seems that ONLY the DASHBOARD is causing this to happen.
So.... Why is this happening? And how can I stop it?
Thanks for any help
