[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] /Category/ in SEO:Permalinks causing a problem?

    My category tree sometimes slips into reporting 404’s. I’ve no idea at what point this happens – but it’s always resolved by unticking/applying the option to remove /category/ from the category URLs and then re-ticking/applying.

    I don’t prefix my urls with /category/ so naturally I had this already ticked.

    Anyone seen this before?
