   When I look at my files using ftp in filezilla or textwrangler...why cant I see the sitemap file?

   If I go to http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml, there it is...

   but I cannot see sitemap_index.xml in "root" or my "wordpress" file (my wordpress file is installed just below root in http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/wp/?

   Is this normal? BING is saying it cant find my sitemap also so this is the problem....I've installed a verification file BingSiteAuth.XML in root but it doesn't see it for Verification?

   Aslo I've put in the Alexa Verification CODE in the WordPress SEO verification area and still Alexa isn't seeing the validation meta tag?

   Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, is it something to do with my installation?!

   Well I couldnt see it because it wasnt there! Although WordPress SEO put in the sitemap_index.xml it doesnt put in the sitemap.xml

   Some sites say stick with one sitemap- but download xml site map plugin and have both running and submit both to google. bingo it sees all of them...makes sense to have the "standard" sitemap.xml
