[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Can't see the robots meta tags after configuring indexation

    I have configured the indexation rules tab to

      not index

    the following pages:
    Search results, login and register pages, all admin pages, date-based archives and tag archives.
    When I entered the above pages, the only page I could see <meta name=’robots’ content=’noindex,nofollow’ /> in its source was login and register pages. All other pages don’t have it.
    I searched for a robots.txt file thinking maybe the plugin generated it instead but couldn’t find it either.
    What am I doing wrong? Does this plugin use a different way to tell search engines to not index these pages other then robots meta and robots.txt?
