[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Canonical url's not including index.php

    The canonical urls that are added to the html head section of our wordpress pages do-not include index.php (i.e currently, mysite.com/blog/page/11 whereas it should be mysite.com/blog/index.php/page/11)

    Our Blog is running on iis 7.0. I would like to either fix the canonical url, or just turn this feature off in the plugin.

    Can anyone help?
