Admin screen losing all css styles when activated (1 post)

I've taken a look at the code where the script is placing a 'wp-pointer' piece of code it's stopping the admin screens css from loading properly.

This is the WRONG piece of code:
    http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/load-styles.php?c=1&dir=ltr&load=admin-bar,wp-admin,wp-pointer&ver=1747f87854de3d4df3fdb74e9ef12757

And this is the CORRECT piece of code (how it should be):
    http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/load-styles.php?c=1&dir=ltr&load=admin-bar,wp-pointer,wp-admin&ver=1747f87854de3d4df3fdb74e9ef12757

You'll notice the wp-admin is different on both pieces of code and it's that which is causing the problem because of the "wp-pointer," being placed in the middle of it.

I have no idea where this is being written out by what script and therefore can't change its order so the wp-pointer isn't placed where it is going wrong.

    Can anyone help....
