   I have multiple custom post types with archives using the 'has_archives' feature in 3.1. The problem I'm having is that there is no title tag being generated for any of those archive pages. I would like to be able to customize each of them, probably just by adding an extra text box to each of the custom post types in the Titles section.

   I love this plugin, but have the same issue with custom post type archives. Any resolution...?

   Same issues here. I'm filtering post_type_archive_title but Yoast's SEO plugin overrides my filtered titles and reverts to the default titles, unless I specifically input titles/templates into Yoast's settings page.

   Wish it would leave my filtered titles in tact.
