Hi, I have a question: What happens if I move my WordPress from one subdirectory to another one, but my website url still remains the same. For example: old WordPress in http://www.example.com/20140322 folder, new WordPress in http://www.example.com/20140323 and website url always in http://www.example.com. Is it hurting my SEO? Thanks!

Thanks. How I should do to avoid hurt my SEO? The idea is to work in one different subfolder than live subfolder and then, when changes are done, point root directory to the new subfolder.
I mean, I want to have two subfolders, one with live and another one with a copy of live to do the changes and updates. Should I work in another manner?

As a matter of fact, you need to configure redirects via .htaccess. You'll hav to redirect all your old links to new ones.
