[PLUGIN: WordPress SEO]

So I’m using Yoast’s WordPress SEO Plugin and I have a few quick questions

1. For the breadcrumbs code, I’m guessing I should place it in index.php and single.php right? anywhere else, and where in the file do I place it?

2. I imported my data from All In One SEO and while the title and description boxes filled in for WP SEO, the meta and focus keywords boxes did not, any ideas?

3. For the title, I clicked force re-write and then filled in all those boxes below. Is that correct? Or if you click force re-write do you not have to fill them in? I don’t think it worked because my titles look the same
