   Tried a fresh install of 3.1 simply fails to show any tabs regardless of settings. All worked ok on previous version wp.

   No issues, just wanted to confirm that it works on 3.1, may be there would be some issue with JS on the particular configuration

   Yes, the theme I used was using a few heavy jquery scripts etc. Maybe that was the issue...
