  • Hello again

As per other posts/FAQ, upgrade to 1.27, and deactivate/activate the plugin. This will upgrade the error log table which is causing the issue.

    Kind Regards
    Dan

    Dear Dan,

Thanks for your reply. There’s no update option when I go to my installed plugin. It states that I already have the latest version. Can’t find the 1.27 version anywhere. Just the 1.26 version.

When I manually try to install (the 1.26 version which is 1.27 when you click the link), I get the following error:

    ***
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/sumterd/public_html/delcks/wp-content/plugins/wp-portfolio/

    Plugin install failed

This feedback, from my host, might help:

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting technical support. The Portfolio plugin and WordPress are
third party software which is usually outside of the realm of our support.
However I looked into this as best I could and after checking the
sumterd_vonsuri database, I found that the column that the command below is
    looking for does not exist.

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘request_param_hash’ in ‘where
    clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_WPPortfolio_debuglog WHERE request_param_hash =
    ‘0b7374286b0c223696dde52e36fcb85a’ AND request_date > NOW() – INTERVAL 12
    HOUR ORDER BY request_date DESC

If you said it was working before we could try restoring a backup from a few
days ago to see if that helps. You could also try reinstalling the plugin or
even disabling it. Another option would be having your developer going in and
creating the column request_param_hash and see if that helps.

Let us know if you would like us to do a restore from a backup and if you would
please confirm which database you would like restored.

    Best Regards,

Argh, V1.27 is definitely what you need. For some reason, V1.27 has disappeared from the repository. I’ve had some real issues with WordPress.org lately…

Right, I had a small typo that broke the version number. That’s what might be breaking the install.

Please try again, hopefully it works! All these changes recently have been a bit of a challenge. Hopefully we’re now there.

    Kind Regards
    Dan
