   Hi there,

   I'm trying to get this plugin working on our portfolio site.

   Everything is working except the thumbnails.

   Have a look here: http://livingstonprinting.com/portfolio/web/

   The 1st on the list is using shrink the web (I've already signed up and have entered my ID/secret key in the WP-portfolio admin).

   The 2nd is using the custom image option which doesn't seem to work either. It stay at the 'Thumbnail Queued' images, even after refreshing it.

   I've check the cache directory, it's on 777
   I've check the Debug log - but there is nothing in there.

   Any ideas??

   Hello.

   Have you tried deleting the cache directory completely? The plugin should then create the directory for the cache.

   Also, try changing the fetch method in the settings. Your host might block cURL (web) requests outside of the server.
