I hit the same error but noticed the plugin appeared to activate anyway - so doublecheck. It appears to operate normally but the error does make me worry. I dectivated it for now. - Andrew
Hmm, you may also want to take a look to be sure the file uploaded/installed properly. Best method really would be via FTP, but a simple reinstall may fix the issue too, unless as doug123wp mentioned, activating afterward gets it to work.
