[Plugin: WordPress Popup Scheduler] PopUp Not appearing in cusotmized theme

I’m trying to get WP Popup Scheduler to work on page load on the homepage of this music site and nothing is appearing. If I switch to the Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven theme, it works although I still see no code for it in my HTML. Which is odd. I don’t have Super Cache installed (do have W3 Total Cache but that doesn’t seem to be a problem) and I have ?php wp_footer(); invoked in my footer.php code. So I’m following the troubleshooting but it’s still not working. Why is this and is there a fix or at the very least something else I should look out for?
