For those who want a version of WordPress Popular Posts to work with WP Super Cache, please visit my post on WordPress Popular Posts and WP Super Cache.
I've tried to get a hold of the plugin author, but there is no e-mail address, and his sites seem to be down.
The "fix" involves loading the popular posts via AJAX. If WP Super Cache has cached a page, the views are still updated.
Hopefully the plugin author will see this and implement in the future.
I hope you enjoy the update.

Im guessing this also works for CDN type setups
I have no idea what CDN is other than it is a centrally held file repository? Let me know if it works.
Hi Ronald,
I already left a comment on your blog about this, however I wanted to say thank you!
I will implement this on the next release of WPP. I'm sure a lot of WordPress users will thank you for your initiative.
Not sure why I had an issue with this on my WPMU install. Probably something about my server config but I had to change the directory from wordpress-popular-posts to just popular-posts. The issue was that I just couldn't get access to php/ajax-processor.php for some reason. Permissions were set properly in all places.
just incase that happens to anyone else...
I will of course ditch this one and upgrade when Ikki implements. Thank you, Ronald!
Hi beernews,
Thing is my plugin wasn't developed for WordPress MU as I have no idea on how to make WPP compatible with it.
However, someone just posted a hack to make thumbnails work with MU blogs. Read here for more info about the hack: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/336362?replies=2
I asked him/her to provide me with the modified version of my plugin for MU. Hopefully, next version of WordPress Popular Posts (1.5.2) will be MU friendly, too!
