[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Text Not Aligning with "No

Hey,

I hope all has been well by you! I am trying to implement WordPress Popular Posts on this page-in-progress: http://journal.georgetown.edu/spring-2012-homepage/

I am using the shortcode [wpp header="Most Read Blog Posts" limit=10 range="weekly" order_by="views" pages=0 thumbnail_width=60 thumbnail_height=60 stats_date=1 post_start="<br><br><li>" post_end="</li><br><br>"]

For some reason, whenever there is a “No Thumbnail” image, it throws the alignment off. I would like to fix that, and I would also like to make the “No Thumbnail” image the same size as the rest of my thumbnails (60 x 60). Please help, I need a solution to this quick!
