   Is there any way not to use the Featured Image and for the plugin to just grab the first image? I have images saved as Thumbnail in the custom field on posts, maybe I can use that instead?

   I added a Featured Image to the following post but it did not show up. You can view at the bottom of the page: http://www.thaimedicalnews.com/

   Hi repoulin,

   I just checked your site, and my plugin did find your selected Featured Image. However, it appears to be missing (404): http://www.thaimedicalnews.com/wp-content/uploads/disturbing-pictures.jpg

   Can you check that the image is there? If so, try changing your uploads directory to 777.

   Hector I was able to get it to work, but all of my old posts do not use the Featured Image.

   Instead I created a custom field called "Thumbnail". Is there any way to use that image instead or for it to automatically grab the first post image?

   Glad to know that, repoulin.

   I'm thinking of revamping the thumbnail feature, and was thinking of letting users select the source of the images (Featured Image, first image on post, or custom field). It's just an idea and I haven't coded anything yet, but I believe that people might like that.
