   If there's no readymade tool, the best option might be to do it manually through a database administration tool like phpMyAdmin. Before trying to tamper with your db through that make sure to have your website properly backed up and that you can restore the website to your liking from the backups, because with direct database alterations it's easy to make mistakes that cause problems.

   If in doubt, consult with your webhost admin or other professional.
