[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Add Thumbnail from Custom Field

    For every post in my blog i have one image thumbnail in a Custom Field called Thumbnail .
    Can I use this Thumbnail in my WPP links?

    I’ve already done the same with other plugins (YARPP) by following this tutorial, but with WPP i am not not capable.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
