[Plugin: WordPress Notification Bar] Do not appear bar on my site?

    One of your other plugins is overriding the default WordPress jQuery library and adding in an old version, which is not compatible with my plugin.

    About the only way to tell which plugin is doing this is to disable all your plugins and enable just the notification bar. Then start enabling the other plugins until it breaks.
