Works on the primary and one other site in the multisite, but have one that doesn't pull in the Carrington-mobile theme. No errors and no warnings. Used the installer through WP backend, not upload.
Also, might add a link to the Carrington-mobile theme as it doesn't show in the Theme search on the backend.

Cleared cache. For whatever reason the cache update wasn't occurring for the one site. Once cleared it all went ok.
