I hate having dumb questions, however -- I've installed this plug and activated it, but now where on the dashboard can I find the admin panel pictured on Donnncha's blog (http://ocaoimh.ie/wordpress-mu-sitewide-tags/)
Have searched every menu option, but cannot find.... Has anyone experienced this? Can the installation have gone wrong, despite being "activated?"

It is under Site Admin > Options all the way at the bottom of the page...

I have the same problem. It is missing from the Options page. I placed it in mu-plugins

ok it doesnt go in mu-plugins although the instructions said to put it there.
I put it in plugins and now have the options, however, I asked it to put the posts on the main blog and not to make a new blog called tags, once I saved, the ticks were in the default spaces again, it had made a new blog called tags *sigh*
Havent made a post yet to see if it adds it to eh main blog, thats what I am opff to do now. I hope so or it sort of defeats the issue LOL

ah well, doesnt work. Tested but no posts on the main blog at all. Nay mind
