WordPress MU Domain Mapping
[resolved] Is working with Awstats at cPanel? (8 posts)

Hello. My host is in cPanel. I use the latest updates of WP and of
this plugin. I have a multisite with sub-domains at the central
domain(ex: mymainsite.com) of my host package (I did exactly what this
video said except of the creation of the file "mu-plugins".)

I have added 2 sites, site1.com and site2.com. It seems that
everything works fine. My question is: At cPanel i have "awstats".
Will it read every park domain that I have created, separately the
visitors in each one of them? Because already my mainsite.com and
site1.com have the same statistics. Have I done something wrong or
forgot something or this is the way it works? If this is the way it
works is there any way to read separately the statistics of every site
from the multisite that I have?

You are asking a question about cPanel and awstats vs a question about either the domain mapping plugin or WordPress.

You may want to try the cPanel support forums.

They are completely independent. awstats has no idea what application/platform/software is handling the request. Domain mapping is not aware of the control panel environment or whether there is one or not.

i see the subdmain way working only with parked domain solution, so with parked the main domain take all the statistics for all sites and not separately the statistics of every site
