   This hasn't been updated since 12/2010? Does this work with WP 3.2.1? There have been a lot of changes w/ mobile devices since the last update.

   Hello @gaperville and @ds1970 have you tried using a different plugin? There are many plugins available by wordpress for free. But if you are a serious blogger and look for constant updates then you can probably try different plugins outside of wordpress.
