[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Click to Call option for mobile

Unless I missed it (could be) I do not see a plugin that includes a click to call feature. I have several sites for septic company with a plugin to convert it so it looks good on mobiles, and it does look fine. I would like to include the click to call feature for the mobile version of the site…Have you guys considered that? I do not want it on the WWW site just the mobile phone optimized version.
