But here goes:
I got a spam message from a fraud mailer and the link to click on is:
/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/languages/rhostjh/
Most likey the pageowner is not aware of the folder or the content in it: is the wordpress installation or the plugin which is hacked?
