   Running V3.1.2 getting odd behaviour when the URL that's being secured also contains a url as a querystring.

   http://www.a.com?url=http://www.a.com/foo

   Should it secure both urls if they're for the same domain?

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-https/
