Just wanted to share how to disable this plugin if you get stuck like i did. Probably because i did not read the install probably, so i will sure try again, next time with some research. So i am not disliking the plugin right now if it works next time.
Primary issue: I couldn't access my admin after activating the plugin.

good tip and thank you! I managed to get in by using 'https' in the address rather than the "http" we usually log in under.
I discovered this after I had manually typed in one of my secure internal page addresses and saw that they were still 'live' so I gave the https log-in a try. I was able to get into admin dashboard and disable the plug-in that way.
After this experience, I'm going to get onto my hosting company and get the ftp info!
