   When a form was submitted, user will receive two same notifications at the same time.

   I didn't use the "Also send notification(s) to:"

   So what's the problem should be?

   E-Mail was send via WP_mail, no use with PHP mail.

   Sorry for this, When test it I had set the user E-Mail address as Admin E-Mail address, so...

   I'm going to change it so the admin won't receive two e-mails, since its always exactly the same e-mail twice, and it is confusing, and pointless. Thanks for bringing this up.
