   When I try to edit a form field, it disappears from the list (it appears as a floating window that is hidden under other sections).
   Although listed as a "floating window" can not be edited.

   I discovered that there is an incompatibility with the theme "Ovid." I could not tell which of plugins there is a conflict issue, but disabling the visual style, editing form fields work properly.

   I have installed the latest versions of WP and the plugin. The tests were made ​​on: Firefox, Chrome and IE.

   I'm having a similar issue with a site I'm building. I'm not able to view some fields, but they are actually there. This happens Firefox and Chrome, but looks fine in IE. For MAC users, they aren't able to edit the first three fields and I can't figure out why?
