HI my conditional forms are working perfect in all browsers except for Chrome.. Any ideas?

This is due to a bug in Chrome. See this post for a workaround: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wordpress-form-manager-onchange-instead-of-onclick-for-dropdowns

I’m about to post an update (1.6.27) to address this. I’ve tested it in FF, Chrome, & Safari for Mac & PC, and IE 8 and 9.
