   Although this is our first public release it is none the less BETA and we will be wrapping up fine points in the plugin as we get feedback from users.

   Would it be possible to create a form, fill in the fields and then display the results on the site somehow?

   Where would you like to display them? As some sort of confirmation type feature? Let me know and I'll come up with a solution while I'm updating the plugin today.

   Would it be possible to allow users to upload a photograph that could be emailed to us (or stored in the DB) along with their details?

   How about an option to save form data to the database rather then just send it via email? This way form could be used for polling, collecting demographics, gradebooks, etc... .
