   As I've installed the plugin and activated it I couldn't access the site or the admin pages 'cause my IP address has been blocked.

   so you blocked yourself??? ummm, lol?
   just ftp into your plugins directory and delete the plugin.

   Even better, if you have it emailing notifications to you then you can see what was causing it to block you and withe whitelist it or see if it's something that shouldn't be blocked at all.
