   With WordPress 3 RC2 after activating the plugin and clicking WordPress File Monitor under the options menu I get the following error:

   You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

   Link was /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=WordPressFileMonitor

   Have tried this on two separate websites.
