Today I'm adding the ability for customers to submit their paypal reference and get instance access to their download. This will replace the normal process of receiving a url by email. Partially because it is so problamatic but future versions must also be downloaded from your own account in future. So at some point you will need to register with WebTechGlobal and login anyway. This upgrade requires intigration with my shopping cart which is eStore however I can easily expand it's use for other carts. As I have said before, the customer service plugin will simply improve over time as I need it to but I do welcome suggestions or requests especially if funding.
