[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] options not saving (4 posts)

I've just installed 3.3.3.5 on a new site and I've got a problem I've never had before. Basically, some options aren't saving.

My custom output format is stored fine, but the custom download URL and general options don't persist. Among other things, this means I'm stuck with the default URLs, and people have to specifically select the custom output format instead of being able to leave it on Default.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had this issue on Chrome - there was nothing wrong with my code (that I could see). The fix I found was to quit the browser entirely and relaunch.

I tried again after rebooting Firefox, no luck. Tried saving options with a different browser (Chrome) - no luck.

When I change an option then save it, the screen that comes back saying the settings have been updated shows the change - giving the illusion that it's been saved. But when I check the wp_dlm otions in phpMyAdmin, there's been no change. The settings just aren't being committed to the DB for some reason.

    Hi,
I had the same problem with Firefox. The "options" values were not saved to database.
After trying different things for some hours, I found the solution: Try Internet Explorer and it works.
I think this is a cache issue of Firefox, perhaps empty cache solves the problem with Firefox either.
