[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] Little improvement on init

Your plugin defines an init method called by wordpress. This function checks for the presence of the uploaded file table. But “init” is called on each request, even for public pages of the blog.

So each time a query is exceuted. I think it will be more performant to move the table creation and check on an activation method that wordpress calls on activation of the plugin.
