   If I go to the configuration and click the RED X to delete a catagory all I get is the following appear in IE8
   

   <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
   - <playlist xmlns="http://xspf.org/ns/0/" version="1">
   - <trackList>
   - <track>
     <location>/portal/wp-admin/admin.php</location>
     <meta rel="type">image</meta>
     <image>/portal/wp-admin/admin.php</image>
     </track>
     </trackList>
     </playlist>

   ANy ideas on why I cant delete a catagory?

   One of your other plugins (media related?) is clashing with it.
