   Topic says it all; reproduced this 4 times. Work around was to upload the file w/out Custom Field, then after successful upload, go and edit the download and add the Custom Field.

   Tested file sizes were approx. 80MB each (and the server has a post limit of 512MB)

   Thanks. Can you tell me what happened when it failed? Error message? White screen?

   I forget, I think it says "upload failed" but next time it happens will post here. Give me a few days.
