I have just upgraded WP Download Monitor to 3.2, and plugins administration panels have disappeared. I am the admin on my website with level 10 and I am using WP 2.8.4.

Downloads from the blog are still working.

    Regards,
    Milan

Do they appear in the 'screen options' tab at the top of dashboard?

Same here... plugin update, active in plugintab, but no settings visible in dashboard anymore. Directly after upgrade, before dashboard was reloaded, i clicked the link at it said something about "insufficient access rights"...

Edit: Strange... manually browsed to "wp-admin/admin.php?page=download-monitor/wp-download_monitor.php"... and suddenly the download tab is there again! Now it seems to work...

Same problem here though if I try to access the settings manually I receive an error saying I don't have sufficient rights to access the page.

De-activate/re-activate. When activated it adds some options to do with roles/capabilities. I thought it would do this upon upgrade but I may have been wrong.

Same problem here, but it looks like KaFu's "solution" did the trick for me. After going directly to a Downloads admin page, the admin panel has reappeared.

I've got the same Problem. Deactivate/Active was the perfect solution. Everything works fine now.

Yes, it works after deactivating and activating again. Thanks for suggestion.
