[Plugin: WordPress Download Manager] Custom User Role

Hello,
I need to give certain users the ability to add, delete, edit downloads with this plugin. Where can I find the custom capabilities I can add so a certain user role has access to these things? Using the members plugin to add custom capabilities… please help soon. Thanks
