[resolved] Zip backup premium extension folder create issues (6 posts)

I'm trying to install the premium zip plugin. Have made the purchase, but I get the following error:
"There was an error installing your premium extension - Could not create directory."

Assuming this is a permissions issue. What directory does the install need to write to?

Its a permission issue all right. If you can install plugins via the WP install mechanism you should be able to install extensions no worries.

    Not working I'm afraid.

I've installed the plugin without issue via the WP install mechanism, but the extension fails.

What path does the extension need write access to? If you can provide that I can check permissions.

    Thanks. :o)

I believe it uses wp-content as a temporary location before moving it to the Extensions dir.

    I will investigate.

I have managed to fix the "Could not create directory" issue and have pushed the change to the WordPress plugin dir.

Please re install the plugin to get the fix.
