   Regular backups work fine but when I enabled zip backups they fail. Yes I've paid for the zip option. I tried unliniking an relinking dropbox and also deleting the dropbox folders but still a problem.

   Do you have a subfolder set when the 'Store backup in a subfolder of the wpb2d app folder' setting is set?

   Does the plugin backup of with the zip extension turned off?

   And in
   Apps\wpb2d\misterian

   I note that when I previously did the NON ZIP backup I was getting some warnings for some files as follows:

   Backup warning on 2012-08-27 at 12:15:26: file 'kuwait01_xxxx.mov' exceeds 40 percent of your PHP memory limit. The limit must be increased to back up this file.

   I don't know if this is related to the problem with the zip backups.

   How do I increase my PHP limit?

   Ahh yes this will be related. If the zip is too large it cannot be uploaded to Dropbox. I am in the process of implementing a new API that will allow me to use chunked uploads for large files.

   Can you exclude those mov files from the backup?
   How big is the zip?

   Increasing you memory can be restricted by your host. You can try this http://www.mikeyd.com.au/2011/05/24/setting-the-maximum-execution-time-when-php-is-running-in-safe-mode/
