[Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] Site Hack & Restoring From Backup

I tried sending an email to you about my issue. Hopefully this will be an easier way to get help/response. My site was hacked with a comment spam, and I had to go through the process of cleaning my site. Before this I worked with my hosting provide on rectifying the issue, and it didn’t work.

Now that my site is clean I’d like use the Back-up of my site using Dropbox. Except there is no clear cut process/tutorial to show a new person how to. From what msql file we must look for, to how to upload te back up properly. I’m losing my audience, and holding back content. Can you give me some help?
