   WPB2D was supposed to run Thursday night (according to schedule) but
   didn't. I reset the schedule to have it run Friday night -- it didn't.

   Last night I tried to run it manually. I did the "Backup Now" and it
   told me, "Your backup has been scheduled and is waiting for WordPress to start it. This could take a few minutes, so now is a good time to go and grab a cup of coffee." But it's been sitting there for over 14 hours....

   I made sure that my WPB2D was synced with my Dropbox before the manual
   backup attempt last night.

   I have run WPB2D successfully, but that was at the end of June.

   What am I doing wrong?

   Looks like a problem with WP Cron, so I followed the instructions at
   http://wpdailybits.com/blog/replace-wordpress-cron-with-real-cron-job/74 for making it a real cron and it seemed to have worked.

   Excellent, I recently become aware that chaching plugins can interfere with wp-cron too.

   Thanks for your post, I might have to link to that article in the FAQ.
