I intermittently get the following error message when I access any pages on the website: (http://aquinas01.ai.edu/)
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\wordpress-automatic-upgrade\wordpress-automatic-upgrade.php on line 122
What might be causing this? I'm at a loss to even know where to start looking.
WordPress Automatic Upgrade Plugin really isn't necessary any longer so please consider deactivating and deleting that plugin.

Hi,
To begin with I am rather new to blogging (2 months) so if this is too technical I'll need hands-on assistance.
I was installing the Automatic upgrade and when I attempted to activate it I got this message in the dashboard; then was unable to log back in; now recieve this message when trying to log in and cannot get to my dashboard to deactivate it-if it was ever activated in the first place:
