   Installed it and added [WATS_TICKET_SUBMIT_FORM] to pages and posts - the plugin just ignores the short code.

   Total waste of time....

   This feature (frontend submission form) is available in the premium release only. That's why the tag doesn't convert to a form...

   Hello,

   There is a free release, feel free to try it! Then, if you want more features, premium release is probably a good choice... :)
