   Hi there,
   I have the Premium version, and i am haveing some problem on a specific issue:

   When i log in with my "admin" acount, i can see the "Tickets" option on the laft pane (at the WP beckend system) and i have the Add Ticket option, and ofcourse see al tickets.
   When i log in as an "editor" account, i do see "Tickets, but no "Add ticket" option, nor seeing any open tickets.

   I need this "Add ticket" optiong at the beckend, i dont with my editors to add tickets at the frontend.

   So, how can an editor user add a new ticket and see the open ones at the backend?

   Can you please contact me through the premium site contact form? I'd like to troubleshoot the issue on your site if possible. It is probably not a big problem. Your editor might miss a capability.

   Problem is fixed, issue was triggered by Role Scoper plugin.

   Hi,

   I have the Premium version, and i am haveing some problem.
   Assume 'X' is admin/editor/author/ in my site and 'X' working on one or more his own creating tickets, now i need to share few tickets with some 'Y'/'Z'.
   my question is how to assign already 'X' workings tickets to others(Y/Z), and in this process i need to send emails for different administrator members with ticket information
