   I installed the plugin, changed and added ticket types, added a priority, created a test user, then entered a ticket through the submission page as admin. When I went to the admin side to view and publish the page, got a 'you don't have rights to edit this page' error. As the admin, editing my own post, that was more than odd...

   You should be using WATS 1.0.52 with WP 3.0.1. These aren't compatibles.
