First at all this is a wonderfull plugin I thing ones of the most ussefull in wordpress respository.
But there is a problem with this almost perfect plugin:

Posted 2 years ago #- There is a problem with email addresses. It will mask them also so i can't use any other plugin to encript them (to avoid bots harversting). Is there any way to avoid this plug to masking the email addresses? (mailto:blah@what.com). Also is anoying to open a new window to nowhere and not the email program when you click on them.
Also (this is a suggestion) would be nice if it wold apply no follow attribute to any link that is masked. The point is to avoid ticking in all the links, this plugin gets easily 100 links from any webpage. -
